A curated blind flight served in silence. No labels, no clues — just your knowledge, your instincts, and a tasting sheet. Scored and ranked at the end of the evening.
Community & networking
Sommeliers, winemakers, buyers, and passionate enthusiasts — all in one room, all on equal footing. The breaks are as valuable as the flights.
Prizes & glory
The top palates in the room don't go home empty-handed. Compete for prizes and the very specific satisfaction of outguessing your peers on a blind Burgundy.

A proper afternoon for serious wine people — and anyone who wants to become one.
1. Arrive and settle in
Shuttle departs Maison Vauron at 2:30pm. Arrive at the Soljans barrel room, get comfortable, meet the room.
2. The flights begin
Mystery wines are poured. No labels, no hints. Taste, nose, assess — and write down your best guess.
4. Rinse and repeat
Down or dump your glasses, revisit wines if you want but there’s two more rounds to go.
3. The reveal
Labels uncovered, scores tallied. Find out how your palate stacked up against the best in the room.
5. Someone wins
Prizes awarded, glasses raised. The shuttle returns to Newmarket at 7:30pm — or stay and celebrate.
